industry. Dennis G. Abraham, president of Trusted Security Solutions, Inc. has
over 20 years experience in the retail financial transaction processing
industry with an emphasis on Personal Identification Number (PIN) based
systems. Mr. Abraham is the past chairman of ASC Working Group X9A3 that
developed the X9.8 PIN Management Standard and the X9.24 Retail Key Management
Standard. He is also the co-founder and president of Abraham & Associates,
Inc., a consulting firm specializing in cryptography.
Steve
Walker and Jim Saunders complete the Trusted Security Solutions management team
and together have over 40 years of systems development experience in database
design, application programming, telephony, and cryptographic processing.

solution to the requirement for a unique key per ATM and for Triple-DES. The
"A98 Initial ATM Key Establishment System" implements a total solution to this
problem. Designed for institutions that manage the cryptographic keys for ATMs,
the A98™ system incorporates patented technology for establishing initial ATM
keys in a manner that is compliant with all applicable industry standards and
network operating rules, including the new Triple-DES requirements.

Security Solutions continues to lead the industry with innovative solutions. In
the first quarter of 2004, TSS both received patent approval on a process
called Persistent Key Component (PKC) and released a software module for A98
for Remote Key loading. For public key enabled ATMs, A98-R fully automates key
generation and distribution, eliminating the need for manual key loading. With
remote re-key, A98 will provide a comprehensive solution on a single platform
for both legacy ATMs and for those enabled with the newest technology.
For
small institutions, Trusted Security Solutions offers an outsourcing service to
provide an economical approach for initial key distribution.
Future
product plans include new ways to manage initial keys in ATMs that give our
customers increased security and reduced operating costs.
